The challenge01

Being a vape brand, RELX falls under products that contain nicotine, which is not allowed to be advertised conventionally on social media platforms. This is a very big roadblock for an ambitious vape company.

RELX’s challenge was to find a way to reach large audiences globally to showcase their range of products in a creative and non-traditional way in order to engage with current smokers and attempt to convert them onto vapes.

The strategy02

We were able to provide RELX with several successful, global campaigns that included brand recognition, PR cameos, website traffic, amazing content, and sales. 

Our strategy was all to develop content authenticity by championing success stories of users who quit smoking and moved onto vaping.

The goal with RELX was to engage influencers ranging from micro to macro in creative, seasonal campaigns to leverage their brand and their loyal following.

We were able to gain trust from the UK audiences through engagement with trustworthy influencers through high-quality content that added credibility and educated users on RELX products on social channels. This content was repurposed on organic socials, websites and more to maximise the return on investment and build data and insights into consumer interactions.

This strategy resulted in creating real and authentic long-term connections with both ambassador and their audience, increasing brand loyalty and ultimately increasing traffic and sales on the website.
