The challenge01

Monumental was engaged by Diversifying to showcase its passion for promoting diversity and inclusion within workplaces, and bringing to light some of the issues within companies today.

The strategy02

We created a robust PR strategy that outlined these issues, whilst placing emphasis on the specific people within the business and showcasing them as thought leaders in the DEI recruitment space.

Firstly, we highlighted the inspirational story of the founder, and then began to find other stories within the organisation to create an authentic narrative around the brand and to really showcase it’s values genuinely.

This was combined with creating thought-leadership topics to share with the press, with ongoing reactive opportunities. 

In 5 months, using this human-first approach, we generated some interesting coverage, for both Cynthia and Diversifying.io itself – Raising huge awareness about Diversifying’s passion in promoting the importance of diversity, equality and inclusion in the professional field.
