Acute Art collaborated with Monumental on their global launch campaign, EXPANDED HOLIDAY with influential New York artist, KAWS. EXPANDED HOLIDAY, the new augmented reality project by KAWS, consists of a global public exhibition of AR sculptures – the AR art comes to life in a phone’s camera to reveal digital sculptures that interact seamlessly with the world around them.

Monumental disrupted by building a creative concepts where top influencers in key cities were filmed engaging with the virtual art exhibit. These short clips were shared by each influencer upon launch and used in our alternative advertising campaign. The messaging was simple and designed to create intrigue – “do you see it?”.
Not only did this campaign drive over 180,000 app downloads in 3 months but it saw tremendous social growth and engagement across platforms… not to mention press coverage in the likes of BBC, HYPEBEAST, CNN and more.
